Jeremy Rush was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile in 2003 and his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2006. He became licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana in 2006 and in the State of Alabama in 2007.

Jeremy is currently licensed in the following courts: United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama; United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama; United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana; United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana; United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas; United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas; Alabama and Louisiana State Courts. He is also a member of the Mobile Bar Association.

Jeremy’s insurance defense practices focuses primarily on Insurance Law, Labor and Employment, General Litigation, Media Law, Premises Liability and Workers’ Compensation.
