Carroll Sullivan was the founding partner of the Mobile, Alabama office of the firm. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Auburn University where he was designated with the Omicron Delta Epsilon National Economics Honorary. He obtained his J.D. (cum laude) from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he served as the Executive Editor of the Law Review. Carroll served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable James H. Hancock, U.S. District Judge for the N.D. of Alabama.

Carroll is currently a member of the Bar for the State of Alabama (Past Chairman, Litigation Section) (Past Member of the Editorial Board of the Alabama Lawyer) ; U.S District Courts, Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama; U.S. Courts of Appeal, 5th and 11th Circuits; The Tribal Court for the Poarch Band of Creek Indians
