Wade Manor graduated with a B.S. Degree from Auburn University in 1991 and received his Law Degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1995. He has been employed with Scott, Sullivan, Streetman & Fox since 1992 as a law clerk, then as an associate and now as a Shareholder. Wade’s practice includes defending corporations, insurance companies and insureds in every County in the State of Mississippi, in both State and Federal Courts. He has represented clients in cases involving litigation in Bad Faith, Premises Liability, Adequacy of Security, Professional Liability, E&O Claims, Director’s and Officers Liability, Employment, Commercial General Liability, Motor Vehicle Defense, Uninsured Motorist and Property Damage Claims. He is AV Rated with Martindale-Hubbell as a Preeminent and Distinguished Attorney. Wade has also been named a Super Lawyer in the Mid-South Region.
Wade has been successful in obtaining summary judgments in cases involving bad faith, slip and fall injuries, sexual assault, property damage, insurance agent liability, premises security and medical malpractice. He has also obtained defense verdicts and favorable trial results for Defendants in all aspects of civil litigation defense.
Wade is licensed to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Tribal Court for the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. He is a member of Eagle International, The Defense Research Institute, the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and the Madison County Bar Association.
Wade resides in Madison, Mississippi with his wife, Pamela. He and Pam have three daughters; Mary Ellen, Katie Garrett and Haley. They are all active members at Chapel of the Cross Episcopal Church in Madison. Wade and is family enjoy many activities together such as golf, tennis and travel.
