Mr. Hale is a partner in the firm’s Mobile, Alabama, office, with over 15 years of litigation and trial experience. He has a diverse practice, though a great portion of his time is concentrated on defending complex product liability cases; wrongful death actions; employment discrimination charges and suits; professional liability claims; and design, engineering and construction defect cases in state and federal courts throughout Alabama.

Mr. Hale has built a wide-ranging client base – from individuals and small businesses to national companies – by drawing from experience and a clear understanding of each client’s unique needs, objectives and values. His focus on gaining a deep-rooted knowledge of each client’s interests, risks, and philosophies through effective communication, while establishing a chemistry and bringing new ideas and perspectives to the table, has enabled him to accomplish favorable outcomes for his clients and forge long-term professional relationships with them, as well as a network of trusted colleagues, contacts and resources. He is admitted to practice in Alabama state and federal courts; the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida; and has been admitted pro hac vice numerous times in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, New Orleans Parish, and the State of Mississippi.
